The Huatech Airing series represents the “Green” evolution of the Enerswit+ line. It is a sustainable, SF6-free medium-voltage switchgear that uses Clean Air as the insulation medium instead of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas.

It is currently considered a premium, future-proof solution. As global regulations (like the EU F-gas regulation) begin to ban SF6 due to its high global warming potential, the Airing series puts Huatech in the same league as major players like Siemens (blue GIS) and Schneider (AirSeT).

Medium Voltage Air Load Break Switch

A Medium Voltage Air Load Break Switch (Air LBS) is a mechanical switching device used in primary distribution systems to safely open or close an electrical circuit while it is carrying its normal “load” current.

Unlike a standard “disconnect switch” (which can only be opened when the power is already off), an Air LBS is designed to handle the electrical arc that occurs when you pull apart live contacts in the air.
